This sign made me chuckle (and slightly paranoid) |
The Gold Coast skyline
A 2-in-1 post today; these pictures are from the last day of our little Byron Bay vacation. In the morning, we went to check out the local Byron Bay Markets; a pretty typical Sunday market filled with handcrafts, locally grown produce and yummy food stalls. I picked up a few cute knot bracelets as souvenirs, as well as the delicious chocolate marble cake you can see above.
On the way home, we stopped off at Coolangatta for fish & chips and some touristy photos on the beach. My tropical Motel Rocks dress was a perfect choice for frolicking in the sand and chasing seagulls. It's days like these that makes me wish I lived in a warmer part of the world where I could wear sun dresses and shorts at the beach all year long.
